The target audience for rainorshineusa.com are citizens and visitors of the three towns between the ages of 16 to 100. Users are familiar with navigating browsers on their phone, tablets or computers. Income levels are typically between 36K and 110K for most of the users while a small percentage of users earn a salary above 110K. The motivation for users will be to monitor current weather conditions in the locale of these three towns.
